OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB
Weetwood Out of School Club is run directly by the school and offers first class stimulating childcare to all children aged between 3 and 11 years old. The Out of School Club staffing team work within the primary school to help create continuity throughout all provisions we offer.
We are a fun and friendly childcare services that promotes child interaction of all ages. Our out of school club is open to children who attend our Preschool facility.
Please complete the booking form below by Friday 24th June 2022 to guarantee your places for September 2022.

PROVISION
Breakfast and Afterschool Club is based in our new school hall and purpose built kitchen. Our clubs are run by qualified staff who have an extensive background in childcare.
All children interact together in a safe environment. There is an extensive range of toys and games for the children of all ages to play with while enjoying time with their friends.
Our provision is fully risk assessed, thoroughly planned and tailored to the needs of all children.
To help streamline the booking process and to reduce admin we have purchased a new online booking system.
This is called 'Magic Booking'. When you first register with the new booking system you will be required to input all your child/ren details, dietary requirements, SEN needs, emergency contacts etc.
Apologies if this is time consuming in the first instance, however after registering the process of booking additional Breakfast, After School, Adhoc or Holiday Clubs is very straightforward.
When registering on the new system , it is extremely important that you include ALL details on this system. We have members of staff who run our holiday club provision who do not work term time and therefore may not have prior knowledge of the children. Please ensure all allergies and medical needs are up to date.
Please ensure you have selected the school and CURRENT year group when registering, if this does not come up when registering please click into the children tab and you will be able to add this.

Breakfast and Afterschool club is a fun, friendly and safe space for your child to feel at home and comfortable in the setting.
We have a positive play environment where children from 3-11 socialise with friends and are supervised by our welcoming, hardworking staff team.
